What You'll Do:

As a Sales Executive, you'll be key to our growth by spotting and seizing new business opportunities for LHH. Your main tasks will include:

• Developing a comprehensive understanding of our services and how they solve client challenges.
• Identifying and targeting potential clients through market research, prospecting and lead generation.
• Generating new business leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Conducting in-person meetings to understand client needs and promote our services to meet those needs effectively.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree OR relevant professional work experience
• Proficient in cold calling, providing solutions, growing accounts, reviewing metrics and delivering presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000 unless outlined below. This position includes an incentive program that includes commission.

Anticipated Salary:

California – $66,560

Colorado – $54,999.88

New York City; Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties - $58,500

New York- All Other Locations - $58,458.40

Washington - $67,724.80

Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay
