Job Description

Within this position, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of our scientific recruitment operations. You will be partnering with various Biotech companies across the country, to deliver our tailored strategies and best solutions to our clients. It is your responsibility to recruit and build relationships with the top talent in our carefully selected markets.

Job Requirements

• Have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship
• High level of business acumen

• Not afraid of failing or not knowing the answer
• Having excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize

• Ability to work in an office within a team environment
• Must be willing to work early or late hours to hit deadlines when needed

Compensation Package

• $45,000 - $55,000 Salary
• Uncapped commission structure (1st Year Avg - 75k-115k)
• Detailed Promotion Planning resulting in higher salaries and title changes
