Pay Rate: Hourly base pay ranging between $17-$22/hr + uncapped commissions, paid weekly.

What You'll Do:

• Customer Interaction : Engage with customers directly, listen to their needs, and offer tailored solutions to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Sales Support : Assist customers in a variety of ways, from product inquiries to finalizing sales, all while providing top-notch service.
• Product Knowledge : Become an expert on our products and services to educate and guide customers effectively in the sales process.
• Achieve Goals : Set and meet sales goals, both individually and as a team, to help set new standards.
• Collaborate : Work closely with a supportive team of sales professionals and management to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
