We’re partnering with a leading roofing and waterproofing services provider based in Georgetown, KY. Specializing in new construction, repairs, and roof replacements, our client brings extensive experience with a variety of roofing systems to meet diverse project needs.

Position Overview:

We're currently looking for a dedicated Commercial Roofing Estimator to join their team full-time, based on-site in Georgetown, KY. The ideal candidate will play a key role in accurately estimating costs and project scope for large-scale commercial roofing projects. You will be responsible for reviewing blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to determine the required materials, labor, and project timelines—ensuring accurate estimates are delivered to clients. Clear and effective communication with both clients and internal teams will be crucial for ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess blueprints, project specs, and site conditions.
• Provide detailed cost estimates for large-scale roofing projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Manage project timelines, material needs, and labor requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the estimating process.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation.
• Strong background in construction estimating and project management.
• Experience with The Edge estimating software is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
• Keen attention to detail and high accuracy in cost estimation.
• Familiarity with commercial roofing systems, particularly low-slope systems, is highly desirable.
• A strong ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
