Registered Nurse - Family Medicine (New Grads Welcome!)

Pay Range: $38.00-$41.00/hr **based on experience

**Scale = $38 0-2 Years, $39 3-4 Years, 5+ Years $40-$41, can pay $45/hr with 8-10+ years

Location: Chandler, AZ 85224

Hours: M-F, 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm **Outpatient Setting, employee picks the schedule!

Requirements

• BSN (Bachelors of Science in Nursing) required
• RN License (AZ or Compact)
• HS Diploma
• Personality is everything! Need someone who brings positivism, teamwork and provides an excellent patient experience. **Positive team player who works well with both patients and clinical staff (providers, MA's, etc)

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Family medicine experience

Overview

This RN will support our Chandler Family Medicine practice in more of an Administrative role - can expect to work directly with patients only a couple of times per day. Our practice currently consists of 4 RNs for 5 clinics throughout the East Valley within the Primary Care setting.

Job Duties may include -

• Administrative nurse tasks
• Working with suppliers - ordering DME, etc.
• Calling insurance companies
• Triage
• May need to act as an MA from time to time and room/vital patients
• Will mostly be at Chandler site, but will need to be flexible to cover at other sites in the East Valley if needed - this will be covering for PTO, etc. and will be very rare, but need to know this will happen.
