A client in Quintana, Texas, is seeking a Risk-Based (RBI) Specialist.

**Valid/Current TWIC Required**
5+ years of experience in pressure vessel/piping/tank inspection and risk-based inspection.
The ideal candidate will specialize in Risk-Based Inspection using the GE APM/Meridium software tool. This role is vital for identifying potential risks, optimizing inspection strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- In-depth experience with API inspection codes, including API 510, API 570, and API 653.
-Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, collaborative, creative.
-Strong understanding of the concepts of probability and consequence, and how they affect the risk levels of equipment.
-Proficiency in GE APM software tool.
-Familiarity with Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and damage mechanism reviews.
-API Inspector Certification.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform risk assessments, update inspection plans, and evergreen RBI analyses for static equipment, including pressure vessels, piping, and tanks.
- Perform QA/QC of RBI project deliverables.
- Think critically and troubleshoot issues that arise during RBI evergreening activities.
- Stay updated with advancements in RBI methodologies and industry practices.
- Develop detailed work processes and training related to inspections and RBI software.
- Support with verification efforts of RBI data quality and assumptions.
- Collaborate with engineering disciplines, operations personnel, and management.
