T&D is seeking responsible, hardworking people. Our business provides services that produce the safe and efficient care, custody and control of heavy, delicate machinery. Everyday we are traveling to new locations, buildings, hospitals, and large-scale construction sites. Drug Screening, Criminal Background, and Driver Record check required.
All of our work is planned out through management and executed in the field with the direction of the Crew Leader. The expectations of a new hire are:
· Good communication skills. The ability to relay information to others in real time.
· Awareness. There are often multiple tasks being performed at any given time.
Other skills and certifications that are preferred but not required:
· Forklift Operator
· Lull Operator
· Scissor Lift Operator
· Snorkel or Boom Lift Operator
· Crane Signaling
· Rigging and Hoisting
· Rigging for Construction
· Competent Person
· First Aid/ CPR
· OSHA 10 and OSHA 30
· CDL License
T&D will guarantee 40 hours of work every week. All hours over 8 in a day and on a weekend will be paid as overtime. There is also a bonus for any days worked on a weekend. All out of town work includes a per diem allowance for days worked as well as individual accommodations are provided. T&D will provide shirts, safety gear, and a boot/ pants allowance after a probationary period. The additional company benefits are:

*Prior rigging experience a plus!
