Portland Heights is a canna brand house with distribution across Oregon. We are a fast-growing brand that is expanding into new markets. We are seeking a part time Retail Success Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in outside sales, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization in the rapidly evolving canna industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in driving sell-through and retail visibility
• Represent Portland Heights at partner and industry events
• Sample and educate customers and dispensary staff on our products
• Support budtender education and product training
• Assist with in-store displays, promotional activity, and account coordination
• Track budtender incentive programs that drive engagement and brand loyalty
• Track field activity and provide insights to sales leadership
• Maintain strong relationships with dispensary staff to reinforce brand loyalty
• Capture in-store and event moments for brand content use

Skills + Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in the cannabis industry, retail, or field/event marketing
• 1+ years in customer service, events, or retail industry
• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with the public
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Available to work the evening and weekend events
• Reliable transportation + Valid Driver’s License for travel within Oregon
• Professional in how you show up—you're representing a trusted brand
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with Oregon dispensary culture and regulations a plus

Additional Details

• Part-time: 20–25 hours/week (event-dependent scheduling)
• Hourly pay + performance-based incentives
• Travel/mileage reimbursement for work events and vendor days
