**Full-time Hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Support back-of-house operations including inventory management, stock organization, and merchandise handling
• Assist with sales floor needs and client services as directed by store leadership
• Prepare and package client orders with precision and care
• Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless operational support and uphold an exceptional in-store experience

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in retail operations, back-of-house, or luxury sales support
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Polished communication and organizational skills
