Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Retail Associate role at The Hosting Company. The Retail Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers, managing inventory, providing best-in-class customer service, preparing and serving simple coffee/tea drinks, operating POS system, various cleaning/organizational duties, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Customer Experience and Customer-focused Service skills
• Experience in Inventory Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interest in food, interior design/architecture, coffee culture, and entertaining a plus!
