Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Restaurant Manager located in Bismarck, ND. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferredExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a team environment and motivate staff to achieve goalsKnowledge of P&L statements, food cost, and inventory management preferredStrong customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints or issuesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredEnglish proficiency
