Position Overview:

We are looking for a Reservoir Engineer with a strong background in asset development to join our team. In this role, you’ll focus on optimizing reservoir performance, developing strategies for new field assets, and driving production growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate reservoir performance and develop strategies for maximizing asset value.
• Lead reservoir modeling, simulation, and optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define asset development plans and improve field performance.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for enhanced recovery and cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in reservoir engineering, with a focus on asset development.
• Proficiency in reservoir simulation software.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

This role will require you to be based in Midland, and can only support someone with full rights to work in the US.
