Position: Reproductive Endocrinologist
Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Base Salary: $350,000 to $450,000 +Best-in-class benefits

Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to diagnose and treat reproductive disorders and infertility.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including fertility medications, assisted reproductive technologies (ART), and surgical interventions.
* Perform procedures such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), and egg retrieval.
* Monitor patients throughout treatment cycles, adjusting plans as needed.
* Educate patients on reproductive health and fertility, including lifestyle modifications and fertility preservation.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, embryologists, and genetic counselors.
* Provide emotional support and counseling to patients throughout their fertility journey.
* Participate in research and clinical trials related to reproductive medicine.
Requirements:
* Medical degree from an accredited medical school. (MD or DO)
* Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
* Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
* Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility or OBGYN.
* Active medical license in the state of California or willingness to obtain a California license.
* Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices in reproductive medicine.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
