Job Description :

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager with a strong background in SAP FICO Product Costing and Internal Orders.

The ideal candidate will have 11 to 15 years of experience and will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring the effective use of SAP FICO systems.

This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of both technical and domain skills, with a focus on SC Intelligence and Planning in the consumer goods sector. The position operates during day shifts and does

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the financial operations team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP FICO systems, focusing on Product Costing and Internal Orders.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Support the development and execution of financial plans and initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to team members on SAP FICO systems and financial processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Utilize SC Intelligence and Planning skills to enhance financial decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a minimum of 11 years of experience in financial management and SAP FICO systems.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SAP FICO Product Costing and Internal Orders.
  • Have experience in SC Intelligence and Planning within the consumer goods sector.
  • Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as SAP Certified Application Associate
  • Financial Accounting with SAP ERP.
  • Display a proactive and results-oriented approach to financial management.
  • Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Be proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
