Required Skills:
· 8+ years of experience in Remedy development.
· Proficient in BMC Remedy AR System, ITSM Suite, Smart Reporting, and Developer Studio.
· Strong Linux administration skills (Red Hat, CentOS, or similar).
· Experience with scripting (Shell, Bash, or Python).
· Familiarity with SQL and database systems (Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
