Unit Details: - Support of amnio or sterile spec exam at the bedside - PCA Pumps - PICC/Central Lines, Syringe Pumps - Heparin, Insulin, Magnesium Sulfate scrub requirements : any color but when floated to the L&D units scrubs are provided Certifications: - AWHONN Advanced, BLS, NRP (REQUIRED) - ACLS (PREFERRED) SKILLS Work Setting: - High Risk Antepartum Antepartum Care and Procedures: - Assist with sterile speculum exam (effacement, dilation, station, presentation) IV Therapy/Phlebotomy: - Maintain central lines (CVC / PICC) Medication & Administration: - Anticoagulants, Insulin drips, Magnesium Sulfate therapy Labor and Delivery Management: Circulate for C-section
