Position: Regional Field Training Manager

Location: - Concord, NH Market - Travel Required

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Regional Field Training Manager to lead the Training & Development of a new fried chicken concept within the Providence, RI market. This individual will oversee the operational excellence, profitability, and overall success of over 30 Quick Service Restaurants within the market. The role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership, and a robust background in restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and delivering engaging training programs on restaurants systems, restaurant operations, system tools, and new product roll-outs, ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with field teams
  • Identifying and leveraging opportunities to enhance the growth potential of current employees, working closely with the Operations Team.
  • Proactively anticipating training and development needs, and strategizing and implementing effective plans to meet those needs.

  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry, particularly within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector, is essential.
  • An Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned market area.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with a passion for engaging learners.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation.
