Regional Title Manager

Responsibilities

• Day-to day management of Title operations.
• Ensures all client inquires/escalations are successfully resolved to maximize client satisfaction.
• Monitor daily volume to ensure orders are distributed properly among team members to operate the team at maximum efficiency to meet budgetary goals and meet client expectations.
• Manage a team of Title Examiners.
• Maintain an understanding of title insurance requirements and guidelines in multiple states and stay current on changing rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Minimum requirement of 5-10 years of Title Operations experience.
• 3 to 5 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience working within a builder environment, preferred.
• Multi-State experience in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina preferred.
• Licensed Title Agent Preferred or obtained within 6 months of hire or promotion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Knowledge of SoftPro strongly preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Motivated and positive team player.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
