Job Description

Hirewell has been retained by a privately held commercial property owner and operator of Industrial Properties to search for a Regional Manager. This position, to be held in Northern NJ, oversees all operational and fiscal strategies at the properties which make up their portfolio for the purpose of increasing owner and shareholder value. The Regional Manager directs a team of professionals who together execute the company’s growth strategy. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years’ experience in property management, demonstrated experience at leading teams and an ability to work with cross functional groups.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction and leadership to property managers
• Ensure communities are meeting all financial, operation, and business metric
• Work with Vice President of operations to prepare annual budgets
• Ensure properties are thriving and providing positive tenant experiences
• Performs regular property inspections
• Responsible for providing coaching, counseling, and performance reviews to direct reports

Requirements

• 7 years’ experience in property management required
• Demonstrated experience at leading teams
• Ability to work with cross functional groups
• Proficient in MS Office package
