Patriot Communities is a new and growing property management company that specializes in manufactured home communities nationwide, and currently owns/operates 230 units across 4 communities. The mission of our company is to acquire MHC's across the eastern US, and improve the quality of living and safety for the residents, while increasing the asset values over time . The starting salary range is $75,000-95,000 (depending on experience), with the opportunity to grow as we expand and acquire!

The position duties will require the following:
Required Experience:
4-Year bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred), at least 3 years of experience in multifamily or manufactured housing community management, and proficiency with Appfolio (or similar) management software
