High Volume Recruiting Coordinator (Onsite) - 12-Month Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and manage candidates onsite, ensuring a seamless and welcoming interview experience.
• Coordinate high-volume interview schedules, leveraging experience in high-volume scheduling, and assist with logistics.
• Maintain candidate records, track interview feedback, and collaborate with the recruiting team.
• Provide administrative support and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume scheduling and recruiting coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
