Anzer Animal Hospital in Loxahatchee, FL is looking for one full time experienced veterinary receptionist to join our team. We are located at 14471 Southern Blvd. Our ideal candidate has veterinary reception experience, is a happy, positive, energetic, emphatic, a team player and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities:

This job involves being responsible for the first impression given to a client (whether over the phone or in person). This role requires interfacing professionally between the doctor(s), vet techs, clients, patients and other veterinary practices. Professionalism and highly mannered is a must!

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
• Data entry

Qualifications

• Experience (1 years ) as an outstanding small animal veterinary receptionist
• Knowledge of basic pet preventive medicine
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management , organizational and multitasking skills
• Should be able to stay calm in the midst of pressure
• Bilingual is a big plus, but not required.
• Professional behavior and language are a must
