Job Description

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for a manufacturing facility in the Winfield, AL area. This role plays a key part in upholding quality standards throughout the production process—from inspecting incoming materials to testing final products. Ideal candidates will bring strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test equipment components at various stages of the manufacturing process
• Develop and implement quality control procedures
• Utilize precision measurement tools and testing equipment
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality concerns
• Provide training on quality standards and procedures as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality control experience in manufacturing
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
• Skilled in reading technical drawings and using measurement/testing equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move through a manufacturing environment
