Property Manager

Location: Chicago, On-Site

Compensation: $70K–$95K + Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across mixed-use assets
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and compliance
• Manage vendors, service contracts, and on-site teams
• Act as the primary tenant contact, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution
• Lead lease negotiations and maintain strong occupancy
• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management
• Collaborate with accounting to improve revenue and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Mentor and support property management staff

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience managing mixed-use (retail + residential) properties
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple properties
• Strong understanding of property management laws and best practices
• Solid background in budgeting, reporting, and financial performance
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Real Estate License or CPM designation a plus
