As a Promotions Coordinator, you’ll work directly at live events , representing top brands and nonprofit organizations, engaging attendees, and helping create memorable experiences. Coordinate on-site marketing campaigns and promotional events for brands and nonprofit partners
Engage directly with event attendees to share information, promote products, and encourage participation
Assist with event setup, logistics, and teardown

Track engagement and participation to support campaign success
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, effective event execution
