We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager with proven experience in the gaming industry . In this role, you will oversee the development and delivery of game projects, ensuring alignment with creative vision, technical requirements, and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Art, Design, Engineering, QA, and external partners to keep projects on track and deliverables at the highest quality.

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of game development projects from pre-production through launch.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Art, Design, Engineering, Audio, QA, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless workflows.
• Manage outsourcing pipelines and vendor relationships when applicable.
• Track project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions.
• Maintain clear communication channels and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards for both creative and technical requirements.

• 3+ years of professional experience in project management within the gaming industry (PC, console, or mobile).
• Strong understanding of game art development pipelines and workflows (concept, illustrations, 3D, animation, etc).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, Trello).
• Experience working with cross-functional and/or global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Game Design, or a related field.

• Experience managing external development partners, outsourcing studios, or freelance contributors.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Perforce, Git) and digital asset management (DAM) tools.
• PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications.
• Bilingual in Mandrian and English is a plus.
