Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, planning, executing, and finalizing projects on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of WMS and ERP systems and strong leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop management reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Design and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and drive improvements.
• Streamline and automate processes to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
• Mentor and train Project Managers to support professional development and ensure consistent project management excellence.
• Create planning documents, project charters, and secure project approvals.
• Develop communication plans and define roles and responsibilities to ensure effective collaboration.
• Establish work plans and project schedules to ensure timely milestone achievement.
• Lead deployment planning and project meetings, ensuring collaboration across teams.
• Document and prioritize scope changes, facilitating approval to maintain project alignment.
• Maintain accurate project documents for stakeholder access.
• Work with resource managers to allocate the right skill sets and manage team expectations.
• Provide performance feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Track project issues and mitigate risks to prevent delays.
• Keep stakeholders informed of project progress through regular communication.
• Report project status to senior management and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project Return on Investment (ROI) throughout the lifecycle, making data-driven decisions.
• Monitor project time and budget, ensuring adherence to planned targets.
• Develop testing strategies and ensure project close-out activities are completed.
• Prepare for and participate in quality reviews to uphold project standards.
• Secure necessary project approvals and ensure compliance with organizational processes.
• Update the project plan to reflect evolving requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in software implementation project management, including leading IT project teams to successful completion.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in software development processes (SDLC).
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile/SCRUM, Jira, Wrike, etc.).
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong creative and critical thinking abilities.
