You will be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams, ensuring every software and AI initiative ships smoothly, on time, and with measurable impact. Your leadership will accelerate our roadmap and directly shape the experiences of thousands of providers and millions of patients.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Delivery: Drive planning, execution, and launch of cross-functional software and AI/ML projects–from kickoff to post-release retros.

Agile Execution & Feedback: Coordinate Peerlogic’s existing Agile cadence (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, backlog refinement), ensure teams follow established workflows, and channel actionable feedback to Product for continual process improvement.

Visibility & Reporting: Build crisp dashboards in Jira/Confluence/Notion that surface scope, dependencies, milestones, budgets, and risks for leadership and stakeholders.

Technical Partnership: Translate epics and AI model pipelines into clear tasks; remove blockers across backend, front-end, DevOps, and MLOps.

Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate decision forums, keep leadership informed with concise status updates, escalate risks early, and manage change across a rapidly scaling org.

Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs–on-time delivery, cycle time, defect rates, budget variance–and lead retros that turn insights into process upgrades.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years managing SaaS or AI/ML projects in high-growth environments (start-up or scale-up).
• Fluent in Agile methodologies; you’ve owned Jira (or similar) boards end-to-end and can coach teams on best practices.
• Technical literacy: can discuss APIs, cloud deployments, ML pipelines, and data governance with engineers and data scientists.
• Natural communicator and facilitator—simplifies complex topics, negotiates trade-offs, and keeps teams energized.
• Proven record of shipping customer-facing products on aggressive timelines with minimal oversight.

Bonus Points

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on skills in SQL or Python for quick data dives.
• Experience in HIPAA-regulated or other compliance-heavy domains.
• Built playbooks, onboarding guides, or internal wikis that leveled-up team efficiency.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $90k – $120k DOE
• Annual Bonus: Target 10% of base
• Equity: 0.05% – 0.15%
