Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.
• Ensure project adherence to scope, schedule, and cost using PMP methodologies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between development, QA, product, and business teams.
• Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana) for tracking and reporting.
• Manage and resolve project risks, conflicts, and issues in a proactive and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and PMI-based processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is required .
• 10+ years of project management experience in cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or Asana.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sectors like IT, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing .
• Additional certifications like PMI-ACP, Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe .
• Familiarity with change management and organizational transformation projects.
