Licensed P1 Plumber & Project Manager – HVAC Division

Location: Charlotte, Raleigh, or Greensboro, NC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed P1 Plumber to join our growing HVAC team as a Project Manager. In this dual-role position, you will oversee plumbing projects from planning through execution while ensuring code compliance, safety, and high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage plumbing projects related to HVAC installations and renovations.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with state and local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Manage project budgets, materials, and scheduling.
• Conduct quality control inspections and enforce safety standards.
• Provide hands-on plumbing support when needed.
• Serve as the responsible licensed plumber on record as required by state law.

Qualifications:

• Valid North Carolina P1 Plumbing License (Required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and integration with plumbing systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in reading construction documents and using project management software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between Charlotte, Raleigh, and Greensboro as needed.
