Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee and manage land development projects from concept to completion
🔹 Coordinate with clients, contractors, and municipalities to ensure project success
🔹 Prepare and review engineering plans, site layouts, grading, and stormwater management
🔹 Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff
🔹 Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
🔹 Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software for design and analysis
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
✔ 5+ years of experience in land development, site development, or infrastructure projects
✔ Professional Engineer (PE) license
✔ Strong knowledge of hydrology, grading, stormwater management, and roadway design
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management software
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
