BEPC is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Project Manager to join our team in San Jose, CA . This role requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will be responsible for managing complex projects focused on line efficiency, extrusion, and automation . Your mission: deliver fully operational production lines, from concept to installation.
We’re looking for someone local to San Jose, or open to relocating, with a strong background in Lean Six Sigma , extrusion , and equipment implementation in a regulated medical environment.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Identify and execute strategies to improve line efficiency
🔹 Lead extrusion and automation projects from equipment procurement to operational readiness
🔹 Perform in-depth line characterization and develop improvement roadmaps
🔹 Use Six Sigma tools to reduce variability and increase throughput
🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and procurement teams
🔹 Travel to Costa Rica manufacturing sites (2-week trips as needed)
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field
✔ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Master (mandatory)
✔ 3+ years’ experience managing projects in medical device manufacturing
✔ Strong background in extrusion processes and automation
✔ Proven success in end-to-end project implementation (equipment purchase → validation → operation)
✔ Residing in or willing to relocate to San Jose, CA
✔ Available for short travel to Costa Rica
