Job Summary

The Project Lead will provide operations support. The Project Lead will be responsible for estimation of projects, coordinating with Outside Sales Representatives, Drafting, and Engineering to compose and provide customer submittal packages, providing supporting documentation for production scheduling, and collaborate with Transportation for product delivery.

Job Location

This position will be located at our plant in Mansfield, TX.

Job Responsibilities

• Estimating multiple projects and providing proposals prior to bid date.
• Obtain and review vendor material pricing.
• Managing multiple sales orders concurrently.
• Provide direction and oversight to Engineering, Production, Scheduling, Transportation, Procurement, and Accounting.
• Prepare change order proposals, as required.
• Organization and monitoring of project status.
• Coordinating and creating with Engineering and Production for submittal and production documents.
• Communicating with the Transportation department for product deliveries.

Job Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Ability to review and utilize production schematics and engineering drawings.

Preferred Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Experience within the construction or precast concrete industry
