🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead high-impact commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Represent the organization with confidence to clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships that develop into repeat business
• Aggressively pursue new business in Savannah and across the Southeast
• Play a strategic role in shaping the direction, culture, and growth of the office

This role is about more than project management – it’s about building your legacy as a leader.

🧠 Who This Is For

You’re a seasoned Senior PM or an emerging Project Executive who:

• Has successfully led full lifecycle commercial projects
• Knows how to hunt down and win new business, not just execute projects
• Is operating at an ownership mindset – thinking beyond just delivery
• Is either based in or keen to relocate to Savannah/the Southeast (within 100 miles is ideal)
• Sees this as a long-term commitment, not just a temporary stint

Experience in Industrial/Manufacturing is beneficial, but your drive and vision are the real prerequisites.
