Our client are delivering Highway, Bridge, Water/wastewater, and Utility projects across Southern California with alternative delivery and traditional delivery methods.
Responsibilities:
- Multiple project oversight ($20 million to $500 million project size)
- Oversight & mentorship of many Project Managers and Engineers
- Running and managing crews and project teams
- Ensuring project success and business development with clients
- Strategies to complete projects on time and within budget
- Input on Preconstruction strategy
- Direct involvement in hiring efforts and growing out the business
- Long-term P&L responsibility
