Project Coordinator

• Location : San Antonio, TX
• Duration : 8+ months
• Schedule : Hybrid - M/F remote, T/W/Th onsite
• Shift : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our client's team. You will help plan, execute, and complete various projects, support the team administratively, prepare presentation materials, and distribute status reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling : Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Documentation : Keep comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans.
• Monitoring and Reporting : Track project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks.
• Financial Tracking and Reporting : Document, track, and report on project expenditures compared to the budget.
• Support : Organize, attend, and participate in project and stakeholder meetings. Prepare necessary presentation materials and reports.
• Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to project managers and other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience : At least 2 years in project coordination or a similar role.

Skills:

• Proficient with Office 365
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software tools
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
