We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our Residential New Construction team . In this role, you will support project managers, contractors, and stakeholders in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards .

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate project documentation, invoices, and compliance records.
• Schedule material deliveries and manage rental equipment logistics.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records in customer vendor portals.
• Communicate project updates to field teams and clients.
• Support administrative operations, including data entry, reporting, and document management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma (or equivalent); 2+ years in project administration preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Soft Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in construction or residential project management is a plus!
