Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Program Management Consultant at Amplytics, you will oversee and guide complex, cross-functional programs for our clients. You will use your expertise in program management and analytics to deliver impactful results, ensuring programs align with strategic objectives and exceed client expectations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning & Execution

  • Design and implement program roadmaps, aligning deliverables with Amplytics’ and client business goals.
  • Oversee and manage interconnected projects within a program, ensuring seamless execution across teams.
  • Monitor program performance using KPIs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client program stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between client teams and internal Amplytics teams.
  • Provide regular program updates, detailed reports, and actionable insights to client leadership.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Leverage data tools like Power BI and DAX to create dashboards and reports for tracking program progress and identifying improvement areas.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights to optimize program performance.

Risk & Process Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and processes to ensure consistent program success.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean visual management techniques.

Industry-Specific Expertise

  • Apply insights and best practices from the utilities and energy sectors to enhance program outcomes.
  • Support Amplytics’ growth by identifying opportunities to expand program offerings within the utilities space.

Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience :

  • 3-7 years of experience in program management or consulting, preferably within the utilities or analytics space.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs.

Certifications : PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Power BI, DAX, or Tableau.
  • Strong command of project management software like Microsoft Project or JIRA.

Soft Skills :

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
