Job Description

A partner of Insight Global, located in Peachtree Corners, GA is looking to add several production operators to their team. The solar cell manufacturer is headed towards a re-launch of their production and are looking for hard-working operators to be part of their journey. The organization will operate as a 24/7 facility with a rotating schedule. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a manufacturing environment, able to work independently and on a team. The operators are responsible for operating production tools and processes to consistently meet daily objectives in the production of Photovoltaic cells following required safety and quality standards as directed by team lead and supervisor.

Shift Options : (Rotating 2/2/3/3 schedule, must be comfortable working weekends)

• 7:00am-7:00pm
• 7:00pm-7:00am -10% Increase in Pay.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing production, assembly, line work.
• Ability to interact with automated equipment with computer interfaces
• Ability to complete and pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Test.
• Reliable Transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule

Plusses:

• Experience working in a clean room environment: Full PPE

Compensation: $23/hr for Day Shift and $25.3/hr for Night Shift
