LHH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in its Product Liability practice area for a firm in Pittsburgh. This role involves case management, trial preparation, eDiscovery, and legal document drafting for complex litigation cases. This is a hybrid role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the lifecycle of active cases , tracking progress and deadlines.
• Order, follow up, and summarize medical, employment, tax, and insurance records .
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery responses .
• Conduct eDiscovery document reviews and organize factual data in multi-district litigation .
• Assist in trial preparation , including deposition summaries, exhibit preparation, and witness coordination.
• Electronically file pleadings in state and federal courts .
• Log and enter billable time in the ProLaw billing system .

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in complex litigation (product liability, class actions, MDL, commercial litigation, personal injury).
• Paralegal Certificate preferred .
• Experience with county, state, and federal courts (CM/ECF filing knowledge required).
• Strong organizational skills , attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with eDiscovery tools (Relativity, Case Notebook, eDiscovery Point).
• Experience with iManage and ProLaw is a plus.

Salary $60,000-$90,000
