About the Role

As a Founding Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the design of product features and the overall user experience. You will be instrumental in defining the product interface and developing new capabilities to automate enterprise workflow decisions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of product features and ensure an intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with design partners to integrate our product into their workflows.
• Imagine, design, and iterate on UX patterns to transform data interaction.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries from the ground up.
• Champion excellent design and user experience across the organization.

This Founding Product Designer role requires a strong background in web-based SaaS applications. Relevant keywords include user experience, Figma, generative AI, design systems, and prototyping . Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, including exposure to rapid prototyping and the end-to-end design process.
