Job Description

Our client is looking for a Documentation Specialist to join the team! This is a remote position but will require extensive communication to a variety of internal stakeholders. Looking for a specialist to crate process maps and SOPs surrounding all processes within the Procurement and Accounts Payable organization. Beginning of the role will be 80-90% communication to understand the processes. Must have proven skills in Visio and PowerPoint. This is a short term contract to create documentation for this department.

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of proven Visio skills utilized in a corporate environment to create process maps
• Experience creating SOPs
• Professional Microsoft PowerPoint experience
• Knowledge of/background procurement and/or AP processes
• Great communication and ability to work with and draw information from variety of stakeholders and teams

Plusses :

• Technical writing skills
