Job Description

We are currently working with a clinical network site looking for a Principal Investigator within Psychiatry.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of clinical trial participants by providing medical oversight throughout the study.
• Supervise site personnel to ensure the consistent implementation of safe and compliant trial procedures.
• Monitor and document screening failures, safety concerns, and participant retention rates, providing regular reports to study stakeholders.
• Oversee clinical evaluations and assessments in alignment with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a primary point of contact with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and study sponsors, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Perform medical duties in strict compliance with study protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and California state regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements, SOPs, and documentation standards to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Medical License in Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator preferred
• MD Qualified

Must be able to travel onsite in Dallas, Tx
