ABOUT THE ROLE

The President of Elevate is responsible for leading this $2 billion business unit. Reporting to the leader of Amrize Building Envelope (ABE), the President of Elevate is a key member of the Building Envelope executive team. This leader will spearhead our largest business unit, an leader in the commercial roofing industry, with the opportunity to propel it to new heights of success.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Develop and implement the overall strategic plan for Elevate Commercial Roofing & Lining
  • Full P&L responsibility, ensuring continuous improvement and competitiveness across the business in profitability and operational efficiency
  • Drive above market growth and deliver best in class margins
  • Build a “winning” team, focusing on performance, collaboration, retention, talent development, and succession planning.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Exceptional leadership capabilities and experience in P&L leadership, thrives on winning and accomplishment.
  • Experience and ability to work in a matrix organization, build strong relationships both internally and externally, leading through impact and influence.
  • Business manager mindset with drive for continuous improvement and growth
  • Strategic thinker with ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment
  • Excel at change management, challenge status quo
  • Deep knowledge of the construction industry, the stakeholders and markets a must. Strong knowledge of commercial roofing industry a plus.
  • 10+ years B2B / building products, manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
