• Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Must-haves:

• Proven experience in presentation design and storytelling, preferably in a corporate or telecom environment.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suites, PowerPoint, and other visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and adapting to evolving priorities.
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset

Day-to-Day:

We are seeking a dynamic and visually creative Project Manager / Presentation Expert with a strong storytelling ability to join our CX organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can ramp up quickly, and is passionate about crafting compelling narratives through presentations. You will work closely with senior directors to elevate executive-level communications and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-impact presentations that tell a clear, compelling story aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate complex ideas into visually engaging content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and assist directors with presentation needs, project coordination, and stakeholder communications.
• Act as a visual storyteller, bringing creativity and clarity to executive decks, town halls, and strategic reviews.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all materials.
