Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and EXPERIENCED Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The successful applicant will have a strong background in construction plumbing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties: - Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential, and commercial settings including gas and gas generator hookups. - Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues using a variety of tools and techniques. - Interpret schematics and blueprints to plan and execute plumbing projects. - Utilize construction plumbing skills to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. - Operate power tools and equipment, including pipe threading machines, to complete plumbing tasks. - Drive a vehicle to and from job sites, as well as to transport materials and tools. - Work safely and efficiently on construction sites, adhering to safety protocols and best practices. - Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure that plumbing systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall construction project. - Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent plumbing issues and ensure optimal system performance.
Skills: - Proficiency in construction plumbing and the ability to apply this knowledge in various settings. - Commercial driving skills, with the ability to operate a vehicle safely and efficiently. - Basic math skills to measure and calculate materials and installation requirements. - Proficiency with power tools and equipment, including pipe threading machines. - Strong understanding of schematics and blueprints, with the ability to interpret and apply this knowledge in a construction setting. - Excellent plumbing skills, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including gas and gas generators. - Ability to read and understand plumbing schematics and blueprints. - Familiarity with construction site protocols and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to plumb effectively and safely in a variety of settings. - Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other tradespeople.
Pay: $50,000 - $80,000 depending on experience plus potential commission Benefits: Heath Insurance, PTO, IRA Supplemental Pay: Bonus & Profit Sharing
