Job Title: PLM Program Manager

Location: Livermore, CA

Duration : 6+ months with possible extension

Rate : $70 to $85/hr on W2

Job Description :

Manage a team of PLM program managers responsible for administering, supporting, and improving the organization’s Enovia PLM system. Responsibilities include:
Supporting data migration and mapping
Managing bug resolution, system enhancements, and major upgrades
Setting priorities for PLM continuous improvement and development
Aligning with PLM stakeholders to ensure development meets business needs
Providing program management and business systems analyst support for projects impacting PLM
Collaborating with IT and third-party vendors to maintain system performance
Managing PLM-related improvement projects through the full project lifecycle (requirements, process alignment, development, testing, deployment)

Preferred Qualifications :

Hands-on project management experience in PLM systems
Functional knowledge in Engineering Change Management, Issue Reporting, and Engineering processes
Experience with Dassault Enovia PLM and Technia TVC
Familiarity with JIRA for managing software development
Reporting and analytics skills; experience with PLM systems and SAP preferred
Additional experience with Qlik, Kinaxis, or similar systems is a plus
Proven leadership managing cross-functional global teams (8-10+ members)
Strong background in Engineering Change Management, BOM structures, configuration management, and PLM systems
Understanding of ERP systems and PLM integrations
Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences
Ability to present to peer and executive audiences
Strong collaborative, problem-solving, and leadership skills across functional teams
