Videographer/Photographer | MY OUTFIT ONLINE

Hi, this is Diego, the Brand Director at MY OUTFIT ONLINE.

We are looking for a dynamic creative who can excel as both a Videographer and Photographer, combining technical expertise with a creative mindset to manage our visual content production. This role involves creating content for our YouTube channel and handling in-house e-commerce photoshoots. The ideal candidate is early in their career but already possesses sufficient expertise and is eager to apply their talent to a new project that will elevate their creativity.

Role Description:

In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, and editing both static and motion content that showcases our products and the Brand Director's activities, reflecting the quality and DNA of MY OUTFIT ONLINE. Your daily responsibilities will include photo content and managing the behind-the-scenes YouTube channel for the Brand Director, with a focus on meticulous videography and photography.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Management:

• Hands-on production process for videos and photos, adjusting settings and frames to enhance product presentation.
• Manage content for our YouTube channels, including the main brand channel and a dedicated behind-the-scenes channel for the Brand Director, covering everything from planning, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Lead e-commerce photoshoots (in-studio), focusing on detailed and accurate product shoots.

Technical Proficiency:

• Utilize your existing equipment to produce high-quality content and recommend equipment purchases as we scale our content production.
• Ensure all visual content meets the brand's high standards for clarity and aesthetics.

Your Collaborative Circle: As part of your role, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with our Brand Director, Visual Coordinator, Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, and Graphic Designers. This integrated team will support your efforts and help ensure that all content aligns with our strategic goals and brand identity.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 3-5 years of professional experience in videography and photography, ideally within a fashion or retail environment.
• Extensive knowledge of camera and lighting techniques, particularly in manipulating light and shadow for optimal visual impact.

• Skills:
• Proficient in modern camera and lighting equipment with the ability to produce clean, compelling visuals.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative ability to capture and convey product attributes through visual storytelling.

Location:

• Based in Miami, FL, with a requirement to work on-site at our Doral office.

Professional Growth:

Compensation and Benefits:

• $50,000 annually.
• Access to the PTO program after 3 months.
