Pharmacist in Charge - Permanent - Remote

Proclinical is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to oversee compliance and operational excellence for a pharmacy's non-resident license.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves ensuring adherence to federal and state pharmacy regulations, maintaining proper documentation, and serving as the primary liaison with the Board of Pharmacy. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or onsite, with occasional travel as needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Active pharmacist license in the home state and a non-resident pharmacist license in the target state.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage responsibilities remotely or onsite, with occasional travel for inspections or legal requirements.

The Pharmacist in Charge's responsibilities will be:

• Act as the designated PIC on file with the State Board of Pharmacy for the pharmacy's non-resident license.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations, including controlled substances recordkeeping and patient safety protocols.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Board of Pharmacy regarding licensing, inspections, and any disciplinary matters.
• Oversee and maintain comprehensive documentation for pharmacy operations, including policies, procedures, quality assurance, and compliance programs.
