Practice Setting:

- Cases consist of well visits and annual physicals
Schedule Details:
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Preferably 5 days per week, with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week
Procedures and Cases:
- Well-child visits, annual physical exams, and no inpatient care
Requirements:
- Must be Board Certified in Pediatrics
- Must be enrolled in NY Medicare and Medicaid
- Must have a CAQH ID
- Fluency is Spanish is advantageous, but not required
